In the course of the working year we perform for them a series of events and / or activities that contribute to their personal development, however, we also care about their families, so part of our personal training programs are aimed at them.

 We organize for them regularly health campaigns in which a screening of different diseases is carried out and in other occasions, what is provided is a nutritional information counseling through the same modality.

 Bearing in mind that 80% of the workers are mothers, we create a plan of integral formation for their children, in which we carry out workshops of drawing and painting or sport, even lunches and walks. What we want to achieve is to integrate mothers in a close relationship with their children; they are knowledge that we contribute so that it can serve them in the future.

  Month by month we also celebrate special dates, whether birthdays or momentous civic dates. We are a group in which each part focuses on their own work so that together we walk with the same rhythm, with determination, patience and well-being.
